Video Authority has the clearest offer in this comparison: one afternoon, 5 to 10 edited videos, four priced tiers and a 5.0 Google rating. The page still names Friday 18 September as the next session, and it is on page one for none of the six searches. The Digital Picnic has about 30 active Meta ads.

The top of video marketing workshop Melbourne is a training academy and the University of Melbourne, then The Digital Picnic third and In Focus fourth. On the personal branding search, Google's question box asks how much personal branding costs. Your page answers that with four published prices.
The chain, with every assumption written down. Deliberately conservative.
The six searches in this report, at an example volume a Melbourne market this size supports. An example, not a measured figure.
The clicks you do not get today, once your pages sit around position three, rounded down.
Enquiries at 5% of those visits, rounded down.
One General Admission seat, if one in three enquiries books. $795 is the lowest in-person price on your own page.
Halve the example volume and it is still one enquiry a month going to the course pages above you today. One filled seat is $795 at your lowest in-person price.
Estimates, not promises. Each assumption is deliberately conservative so the number holds up.
Add a page for each money search, starting with video content and personal branding sessions in Melbourne, write a meta description, add event schema with the live date, and link the past session videos into each page.
| Advertiser | Ads on record | Last ran | Headline seen | Lands on | Offer on the page |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| In Focus Workshops | 5 | Not dated | "1-Day Video Making Course - 1-Day..." | infocusworkshops.com/brisbane | A one-day video course run at your workplace |
| The Digital Picnic | 4 | Not dated | "Welcome to The Digital Picnic - The Digital Picnic" | thedigitalpicnic.com.au | Book a discovery call, plus workshop tickets |
| Video Authority | 0 | Nothing on record | Nothing running | videomasteryworkshop.com | Four ticket tiers from $550 to $5,000 |
In Focus has 5 ads on record pointing to infocusworkshops.com, and the two in view sell workplace video courses in Brisbane and Sydney. The Digital Picnic's 4 sell agency discovery calls. No paid result showed on any of the six searches here, so a capped campaign on the workshop terms would be the only ad on the page.
The page sells well: one afternoon, 5 to 10 edited videos, four priced tiers and three named testimonials. Two gaps. The next session shown is Friday 18 September, which had passed by 9 October. No GA4, Tag Manager, Google Ads or Meta tag fired on the homepage, so a booking cannot be traced to its source. I did not book.
Theirs: "5x sold out. So, what's the hype?" and a question about winging your social strategy. Reader first, which is right. Missing: a specific promise. None says what the person leaves the room with.
Theirs: sell-outs, a $99 a month club and the room's energy. Missing: named proof. Your page already has it: a health coach who made two sales the week he posted his videos.
Theirs: photos of the room and at least one 8-second video. Missing: the finished product. Nobody in the feed shows the edited clip a professional walks out with, which is what you sell.
Why this matters: a stronger headline and hook lifts click-through. Higher click-through lowers what Meta charges per click. Cheaper clicks mean more visits from the same budget, and more visits mean more enquiries. The Digital Picnic has taught the Melbourne feed to buy in-person sessions, and nobody is showing the finished video.
The page still names Friday 18 September as the next session. A visitor on 9 October sees a date that has passed. A current date, or a waitlist, keeps every click usable.
No analytics or ad tag fired on the homepage. The thank-you page already exists, so tracking it would show which search or ad sold each ticket.
The Digital Picnic has about 30 active Meta ads selling in-person sessions. The edited videos already on your page are ready creative for Melbourne professionals.
No paid result showed on the six searches here. A small campaign on the workshop terms, landing on the ticket section, would be the only ad on the page.
The site is one page plus a thank-you page. A page each for video content and personal branding sessions in Melbourne gives Google something to rank.
Fifteen minutes on the phone, no pitch. I will walk you through the tracking to add before the next date goes live and what a capped search campaign to your ticket section would cost.
Book a time with DeanAt 18 I started a corporate events company doing photo booths, DJing and photography. I could not afford an agency, so I taught myself web development, Meta Ads, Google Ads and SEO off YouTube, got myself to number one on Google, and took it to roughly $300,000.
Everything in this report I can read because I have spent my own money on the exact channels it covers. What follows is not theory. It is what I would fix first.
