Five channels, checked live on 9 October 2026. Every line traces to a source captioned on the page.
| Channel | The Sealed Stories | The Flower Letters | The Lost Letters | What it means |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Google rankings 6 money searches | Page one on 2 of 6 | Page one on 3 of 6 | Page one on 1 of 6 | You hold #2 on mystery letters. The gift searches go to round-up lists and marketplaces. |
| Google Ads Transparency Centre, AU | 0 ads on record | 1 ad on record | 0 ads on record | The Flower Letters has one search ad on record. No paid result showed on the six searches. |
| Meta Ads Ad Library, active now | 2 active, since 21 Sep 2026 | No ads found | No ads found | You are the only one of the three in the feed, with two ads live now. |
| Landing page Where the click lands | Offer, sign-up form, GA4 and pixel | Story quiz, email forms | Shop links, no form | Your homepage gives a paid click what it needs: one offer and a two-field form. |
| Reputation Google rating (reviews) | No profile found | No profile found | No profile found | None of the three has a Google profile, normal for a store sold online. Your seven reader reviews on the homepage do that job. |
The Sealed Stories is doing what neither competitor is: two Meta ads live, a first-month offer with a two-field sign-up on the homepage, GA4 and the Meta pixel firing, and #2 on Google for mystery letters subscription Australia. The gap is the bigger searches. Snail mail subscription Australia and both gift searches show none of the three.

Your homepage title is Snail Mail Subscription Australia, yet the top of that search goes to an Instagram account, Etsy, Sunday Breakfast Club and an Elle article. On letter subscription Australia, Google's question box asks what the best letter subscription for adults is. That is your reader.
The chain, with every assumption written down. Deliberately conservative.
The four searches here you are not on page one for, at an example volume an Australian market this size supports. An example, not a measured figure.
The clicks you do not get today, once your pages sit around position three, rounded down.
Orders at 2% of those visits, the usual online store rate, rounded down.
Three new monthly subscribers at the $18.99 plan on your own site, after the first-month offer, rounded down. It adds again every month they stay.
Halve the example volume and it is still one new subscriber a month going to the pages above you today, and each one keeps paying while the story runs.
Estimates, not promises. Each assumption is deliberately conservative so the number holds up.
Rework the gift page to target the subscription gift searches, add a page that answers the best letter subscription for adults, put product schema and your reader reviews on the homepage, and earn a place on the subscription round-up lists that hold the gift searches.
| Advertiser | Ads on record | Last ran | Headline seen | Lands on | Offer on the page |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| The Flower Letters | 1 | Not dated | "Stories Told Through Letters", a search ad | theflowerletters.com | Seven stories, a story quiz, a discount on one story |
| The Lost Letters | 0 | Nothing on record | Nothing running | thelostletters.au | Kids' history stories and a shop |
| The Sealed Stories | 0 | Nothing on record | Nothing running | thesealedstories.com | A first-month offer and a two-field sign-up |
The Flower Letters has one ad on record pointing to theflowerletters.com, a search ad selling stories told through letters. The Lost Letters has none. No paid result appeared on any of the six searches on the day. A capped search campaign on the letter subscription terms, landing on your homepage offer, would have those paid slots to itself.
Your homepage carries the offer, the monthly price and a two-field sign-up, loading and visible. I did not submit it. GA4 and the Meta pixel fire on the homepage. No Google Ads tag was seen, which matters once a search campaign runs. The contact page has a five-field form as well.
Yours: "A little magic in your mailbox." Warm, but any mail club could run it. Missing: a specific promise to one reader: a year-long romance by a best-selling author, two envelopes a month.
Yours: a list of what arrives: letters, maps, clues, keepsakes. Missing: named proof. Seven reader reviews sit on your homepage, including Tracy, who bought a second as a gift. None of them is in the ad.
Yours: 15-second videos of the envelopes. Missing: an interrupt before the explanation. The wax seal is the most distinctive thing you have, and the first second has to earn the next fourteen.
Why this matters: a stronger headline and hook lifts click-through. Higher click-through lowers what Meta charges per click. Cheaper clicks mean more visits from the same budget, and more visits mean more orders. You are the only one of the three in the feed, so a sharper ad wins attention nobody else here is bidding for.
Both ads are live and neither competitor is in the feed. Leading with one specific promise and a reader review lifts click-through, which lowers what Meta charges for each sign-up.
No paid result showed on any of the six searches. A small campaign on the letter subscription terms, landing on your homepage offer, has the paid slots to itself.
Both gift searches show none of the three; round-up lists hold them. A gift page built for the search, and a place on those lists, puts you in front of gift buyers.
Google asks what the best letter subscription for adults is. A page that answers it, with your reviews and the 24-letter story, reaches the reader who buys for herself.
GA4 and the Meta pixel already fire. Adding the Google Ads tag before the search campaign starts means every order can be traced to the search that sent it.
Fifteen minutes on the phone, no pitch. I will walk you through the gift page worth reworking first and what a capped search campaign to your homepage offer would cost.
Book a time with DeanAt 18 I started a corporate events company doing photo booths, DJing and photography. I could not afford an agency, so I taught myself web development, Meta Ads, Google Ads and SEO off YouTube, got myself to number one on Google, and took it to roughly $300,000.
