|---|---|---|---|---|

| Google Ads Transparency Centre, AU | 0 ads on record | About 300 ads on record | 0 ads on record | Only Sentrient is paying Google. The ads in view sell training courses, not its GRC platform. |
| Meta Ads Ad Library, active now | No ads found | 10 active, newest 8 Oct 2026 | No ads found | Sentrient is in the feed now with webinars and a governance maturity assessment. |
| Landing page Where the click lands | Contact form, demo button | Demo buttons, phone links | Enquiry buttons, no homepage form | Your contact page is the strongest of the three. No analytics tag was seen to measure it. |
| Reputation Google rating (reviews) | No profile found | 4.7 (2,143 reviews) | Profile, no rating shown | Sentrient shows 4.7 from 2,143 Google reviews. No Google profile for GRCorb came up in a Melbourne search. |
GRCorb has the deepest product in this comparison: 50 frameworks, 3,595 obligations, Essential Eight engineering to the tool level and a working contact form. None of that is on page one for the six searches here yet. Sentrient holds four page one spots, about 300 Google ads and 10 active Meta ads.
Six searches an Australian compliance or security lead types before shortlisting a platform, read live from Google Australia on 9 October 2026.
| Search term | Searches / mo | GRCorb | Sentrient | Pali GRC |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| grc software australia | Medium est. | Not in top 10 | #2 | #4 |
| compliance management software australia | Medium est. | Not in top 10 | #1 | Not in top 10 |
| iso 27001 compliance software australia | Low est. | Not in top 10 | Not in top 10 | Not in top 10 |
| risk management software australia | Medium est. | Not in top 10 | #4 | Not in top 10 |
| essential eight compliance software | Low est. | Not in top 10 | Not in top 10 | Not in top 10 |
| grc platform australia | Low est. | Not in top 10 | #1 | #5 |
Three of the top five for GRC software Australia are shortlists: LinkedIn, V-Comply and Capterra. Sentrient sits second, Pali GRC fourth. Google's question box on the Essential Eight search asks what the best compliance software is, so the buyer is comparing platforms, not reading about frameworks.
The chain, with every assumption written down. Deliberately conservative.
The six searches in this report, at an example volume a specialist Australian software market supports. An example, not a measured figure.
The clicks you do not get today, once your pages sit around position three, rounded down.
Demo requests at 5% of those visits, rounded down.
Demo requests, not signed contracts. What one enterprise subscription is worth is your number, not mine.
Halve the example volume and it is still one demo request a month going to the platforms above you today. The searches are narrow, which is why each one is worth owning.
Estimates, not promises. Each assumption is deliberately conservative so the number holds up.
Publish a sitemap, give the platform a dedicated Australian GRC page and an Essential Eight page that each target one search, add software schema, and get GRCorb onto the comparison sites that hold the top results.
| Advertiser | Ads on record | Last ran | Headline seen | Lands on | Offer on the page |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Sentrient | ~300 | Not dated | "PBS Training Online - Behaviour Support Made Easy - Sentrient" | sentrient.com.au/pbs-training | An online training course, per the ad text |
| Pali GRC | 0 | Nothing on record | Nothing running | paligrc.com.au | Enquiry buttons, no form on the homepage |
| GRCorb | 0 | Nothing on record | Nothing running | grcorb.com/contact | A five-field message form and a demo button |
Sentrient has about 300 ads on record pointing to sentrient.com.au. The two in the capture sell training courses, PBS and drug and alcohol, not its GRC platform. Nobody here is paying to be seen on the platform searches themselves. A capped search campaign on the six terms, landing on a demo page, would be the first in.
Your contact page has a five-field message form, loading and visible. I did not submit it. The homepage form is a newsletter signup, so a paid click should land on the demo or contact page. No GA4, Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta or LinkedIn tag was seen on the homepage load, so today nothing would record where a demo request came from.
Theirs: questions to the reader, such as "Are You Audit Ready?" and "What's Your Governance Score?". Reader first, which is right. Missing: a specific promise. None says what the score leads to or how fast.
Theirs: webinar sign-ups on HR compliance and a 5-minute maturity assessment. Missing: named proof. One ad asks how quickly you could produce the evidence for a review, which is the exact job your platform automates.
Theirs: HR and workplace topics aimed at people leaders. Missing: the security and compliance lead. Nobody in the feed speaks to Essential Eight, ISO 27001 or APRA buyers.
Why this matters: a stronger headline and hook lifts click-through. Higher click-through lowers what Meta charges per click. Cheaper clicks mean more visits from the same budget, and more visits mean more enquiries. Sentrient is teaching the feed to ask about audit readiness, and no platform is answering it for the security buyer.
Nobody in this comparison is paying for the six platform searches. A small campaign on those terms, landing on the demo page, brings requests while the organic work takes hold.
No analytics tag was seen on the homepage. Without one, no demo request can be traced to the search or ad that sent it, and no campaign can be judged.
Give the platform one page for GRC software in Australia and one for the Essential Eight, each targeting one search, and publish a sitemap so Google finds every page.
LinkedIn, V-Comply and Capterra hold three of the top five spots on the head search. A Capterra listing with reviews puts GRCorb on the shortlist buyers are already reading.
Sentrient's ads talk to HR and people leaders. Nobody is speaking to the compliance or security lead in the feed, which leaves that audience open to test.
Fifteen minutes on the phone, no pitch. I will walk you through the two pages worth building first and what a capped search campaign to your demo page would cost.
Book a time with DeanAt 18 I started a corporate events company doing photo booths, DJing and photography. I could not afford an agency, so I taught myself web development, Meta Ads, Google Ads and SEO off YouTube, got myself to number one on Google, and took it to roughly $300,000.
Everything in this report I can read because I have spent my own money on the exact channels it covers. What follows is not theory. It is what I would fix first.
