None of the six searches here shows Classbunny on page one. Hidden Door and Pinot & Picasso hold two page one spots each and have 109 Google ads on record between them.

Hyper Karting holds the top spot for team building activities Sydney, with Hidden Door fifth and a Pinot & Picasso blog post ninth. Google's question box asks what good team building events in Sydney are, so the searcher is choosing an activity, which is exactly what a workshop page can answer.
The chain, with every assumption written down. Deliberately conservative.
The six searches in this report, at an example volume a Sydney market this size supports. An example, not a measured figure.
The clicks you do not get today, once your pages sit around position three, rounded down.
Enquiries at 5% of those visits, rounded down.
Group enquiries, not confirmed bookings. No class price is listed on the pages I captured, so a booking's value is your number, not mine.
Halve the example volume and it is still two group enquiries a month going to the event companies above you today. One team-building booking can seat a whole office.
Estimates, not promises. Each assumption is deliberately conservative so the number holds up.
Build one page per workshop and one each for team building and hens parties, each written for one search and showing guest numbers, duration and how to book. Add local schema, and set up a Google Business Profile so the map pack has Classbunny in it.
| Advertiser | Ads on record | Last ran | Headline seen | Lands on | Offer on the page |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Hidden Door Experiences | 47 | Not dated | "Game Show Fun for Teams" | hiddendoor.com.au | Get a Quote button, two forms, a 1300 number |
| Pinot & Picasso | 62 | Not dated | "Pinot & Picasso Australia - No Experience Needed" | pinotandpicasso.com.au/paint-and-sip/book | Ticketed sessions and a private event booking form |
| Classbunny | 0 | Nothing on record | Nothing running | classbunny.com/contact-sign-newsletter | A five-field contact form and a phone number |
Hidden Door has 47 ads on record pointing to its domain, selling team games and Christmas parties to groups. Pinot & Picasso has 62, pointing to its booking page. Neither showed as a paid result on the six searches that day. A capped search campaign on team building and hens terms, landing on a dedicated group page, is the fastest way in.
Your homepage shows the workshops well, but it has no form, no phone link and no booking button. The contact page has a five-field form and a phone link. I did not submit it. GA4 fires on the homepage. No Google Ads or Meta tag was seen, so a paid booking could not be traced back to its click.
Theirs: date nights and group nights out, written to the guest. Their North Sydney ad talks to the group organiser directly. Missing: anything for the person booking a team day for an office.
Theirs: wine, music and a finished canvas, the same promise in every city. Missing: a named artist and a real craft. Your workshops teach kokedama, terrariums and watercolour, which a paint and sip night does not.
Theirs: short videos of guests painting, with one Book Now button. Missing: the making itself. Your own photos of a full table mid-workshop are the kind of proof a planner looks for.
Why this matters: a stronger headline and hook lifts click-through. Higher click-through lowers what Meta charges per click. Cheaper clicks mean more visits from the same budget, and more visits mean more enquiries. Pinot & Picasso has shown the feed works for creative group nights. Nobody in this comparison is showing an artist-led craft workshop there yet.
Hidden Door and Pinot & Picasso have 109 Google ads on record between them. A small campaign on the team building and hens searches, landing on the group page in fix two, brings enquiries while the organic work takes hold.
One page with group sizes, the workshops on offer, how long they run and a short enquiry form. Every ad, profile and post can then point to the same place.
A Maps search for Classbunny in Sydney showed no listing, while both competitors show ratings of 4.9 and above. Asking past guests for reviews is the cheapest credibility in this report.
Kokedama and terrarium searches go to ClassBento today. A page per workshop, written for one search each, is how Classbunny earns those spots directly.
GA4 already fires. Adding the Google Ads conversion tag and the Meta pixel means every group enquiry can be traced to the click that sent it.
Fifteen minutes on the phone, no pitch. I will walk you through what a team-building and hens page should hold and what a capped search campaign to it would cost.
Book a time with DeanAt 18 I started a corporate events company doing photo booths, DJing and photography. I could not afford an agency, so I taught myself web development, Meta Ads, Google Ads and SEO off YouTube, got myself to number one on Google, and took it to roughly $300,000.
Everything in this report I can read because I have spent my own money on the exact channels it covers. What follows is not theory. It is what I would fix first.
