| Meta Ads Ad Library, active now | None under its name | No ads found | Active, since 18 Sep 2026 | EcoGroup's ads sell recycled materials. Demo Bros and McEwan's advertise on your trading name. |
| Landing page Where the click lands | Quote form, prices, phone link | Contact button, phone in footer | Quote forms, phone links | Your page publishes prices, which neither competitor's homepage shows. No analytics or ad tag fired on it. |

Melbourne Demolition does something most demolition firms do not: it publishes prices, from $5,500 for a basic job, with a quote form on the same page. None of the six searches here shows it on page one, while Bulldog and EcoGroup hold two each. Nobody in this comparison runs Google ads.

Bison Demolition holds the top of demolition Melbourne, with Demolition Masters second and Airtasker fourth. Google's own question box asks what the cheapest way to demolish a house is, a question your published prices already answer.
The chain, with every assumption written down. Deliberately conservative.
The six searches in this report, at an example volume a Melbourne market this size supports. An example, not a measured figure.
The clicks you do not get today, once your pages sit around position three, rounded down.
Quote requests at 5% of those visits, rounded down.
Six quotes at your lowest published package, from $5,500 on your homepage. Quoted work, not won jobs. Your close rate is your number, not mine.
Halve the example volume and it is still three quote requests a month, about $16,500 at your entry package, going to the firms above you today.
Estimates, not promises. Each assumption is deliberately conservative so the number holds up.
Replace the leftover template pages with one page each for house demolition, asbestos removal, commercial demolition and demolition cost, carry your published prices onto them, add local schema, and claim the right Google Business Profile.
| Advertiser | Ads on record | Last ran | Headline seen | Lands on | Offer on the page |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bulldog Demolition | 0 | Nothing on record | Nothing running | bulldogdemolition.com.au | Contact button, no prices shown |
| EcoGroup | 0 | Nothing on record | Nothing running | ecogroup.com.au | Quote request forms for services and bricks |
| Melbourne Demolition | 0 | Nothing on record | Nothing running | melbourne-demolition.com.au | Prices from $5,500 and a quote form |
The Transparency Centre shows 0 ads pointing to any of the three domains, and no paid result showed on the six searches on 9 October. A capped search campaign on the house demolition and cost searches, landing on your pricing section, faces no paid competition from these two firms.
Your homepage carries published prices, from $5,500 for a basic demolition, and a quote form at the bottom with a captcha. I did not submit it. There is one phone link. No GA4, Tag Manager, Google Ads or Meta tag fired on the homepage, so no enquiry can be traced to its source yet.
Theirs: Demo Bros opens on the cost of hiring the wrong demolition company, a reader-first problem. McEwan's leads with a list of services. Missing: a specific job and suburb the reader recognises.
Theirs: Demo Bros stacks fixed pricing, debris removal and a 4.9 rating claim. Missing: an actual price. Yours is on your homepage, from $5,500, and none of these ads names one.
Theirs: video from Demo Bros and a call button from McEwan's. EcoGroup's ads sell recycled pavers and crushed brick, not demolition. Missing: before and after footage of a cleared Melbourne block.
Why this matters: a stronger headline and hook lifts click-through. Higher click-through lowers what Meta charges per click. Cheaper clicks mean more visits from the same budget, and more visits mean more enquiries. Two demolition firms are already paying to appear on your trading name, so the audience is proven, and a published price is an opening neither of them uses.
No firm in this comparison has a Google ad on record and no paid result showed on the six searches. A capped campaign landing on your prices and quote form brings enquiries first.
No analytics or ad tag fired on your homepage. Before any spend, every quote form and phone call should be traceable to the click that sent it.
The sitemap holds template pages from the site builder and no service pages. Separate pages for house demolition, asbestos removal and commercial work give Google something to rank.
Two of the six searches are about cost, and price guides hold them. You already publish prices from $5,500 and asbestos removal from $2,500, the answer those searchers want.
The closest Maps listing to your name has one review and a different phone number. Claiming the right profile and asking past clients for reviews gives the map pack something to show.
Fifteen minutes on the phone, no pitch. I will walk you through the service pages worth building first and what a capped search campaign to your pricing section would cost.
Book a time with DeanAt 18 I started a corporate events company doing photo booths, DJing and photography. I could not afford an agency, so I taught myself web development, Meta Ads, Google Ads and SEO off YouTube, got myself to number one on Google, and took it to roughly $300,000.
