Five channels, checked live on 9 October 2026. Every line traces to a source captioned on the page.
| Channel | Artform Collective | Lux Glass | Dee Why Glass | What it means |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Google rankings 6 money searches | Page one on 3 of 6 | Page one on 3 of 6 | Page one on 2 of 6 | You hold two top 3 spots, more than either competitor. Lux Glass holds the shower screen search you do not. |
| Google Ads Transparency Centre, AU | 0 ads on record | 0 ads on record | 0 ads on record | Nobody in this comparison pays Google. Your Google Ads tag is already installed. |
| Meta Ads Ad Library, active now | 5 active, since 22 Sep 2026 | No ads found | No ads found | You are the only one of the three in the feed. Every ad points to your Instagram profile. |
| Landing page Where the click lands | Quote forms, phone links, all tags | Phone button, no homepage form | Phone links, no homepage form | Yours is the only homepage of the three with a quote form. A popup and chat window open over it on load. |
| Reputation Google rating (reviews) | Not confirmed | 4.9 (24 reviews) | Not confirmed | The listing at your Darley St address shows a phone number that is not on your site, and Dee Why Glass's shows a different unit, so I have not used either rating. |
You are doing more than either glass company: #2 for glass splashbacks, #3 for picture framing, five Meta ads running and GA4, Tag Manager, the Google Ads tag and the Meta pixel all firing. The gap is shower screens: Lux Glass is #5 on that search and you are not in the top 10.
Six searches a Northern Beaches homeowner types before calling a glazier or framer, read live from Google Australia on 9 October 2026.

Ezy Glide holds the top of glass shower screens northern beaches with a page built for that search, and Lux Glass sits #5 with its homepage. On frameless shower screens sydney, Google's question box asks what a frameless screen costs, so the buyer is pricing before calling.
The chain, with every assumption written down. Deliberately conservative.
The three searches you are not on page one for, at an example volume a Sydney market this size supports. An example, not a measured figure.
The clicks you do not get today, once a page sits around position three, rounded down.
Enquiries at 5% of those visits, rounded down.
Quote requests, not sales. No price is listed on the pages I read, so what a screen or framing job is worth is your number, not mine.
Halve the example volume and it is still one or two quote requests a month going to the glaziers above you today. Your splashback and framing pages show the approach already works.
Estimates, not promises. Each assumption is deliberately conservative so the number holds up.
Rework the frameless shower screens page around the Northern Beaches search, add a custom framing page for Sydney-wide orders, and make the address and phone match across your site and Google listing (the site shows two versions of the Darley St address).
| Advertiser | Ads on record | Last ran | Headline seen | Lands on | Offer on the page |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Lux Glass | 0 | Nothing on record | Nothing running | luxglass.com.au | Measure and quote by phone |
| Dee Why Glass | 0 | Nothing on record | Nothing running | deewhyglass.com.au | Phone links and made-to-measure cutting |
| Artform Collective | 0 | Nothing on record | Nothing running | artformcollective.com.au/contact-us | A quote form and phone numbers |
No ads are on record for Lux Glass, Dee Why Glass or your domain, and no paid result showed on any of the six searches. Your Google Ads tag already fires on the homepage, so a capped search campaign on shower screens, landing on a shower screen page with a quote form, could be measured from the first click.
Your homepage carries a quote form asking for name, phone, email and service, the contact page has its own, and GA4, Tag Manager, the Google Ads tag and the Meta pixel all fire. I did not submit either. On load, a framing popup and a chat window cover the page, the wrong first message for a shower screen buyer.
Yours: "Your one-stop destination for glass and framing solutions in the Northern Beaches." Missing: one product per ad. A shower screen buyer and a framing customer need different first lines.
Yours: made to order, and a Mona Vale showroom to visit. Missing: a specific promise, such as how soon a screen is measured and fitted, with one named local job as proof.
Yours: short videos, 22 to 32 seconds. Missing: a next step. Every ad points to your Instagram profile, not a quote page where the Meta pixel can count the enquiry.
Why this matters: a stronger headline and hook lifts click-through. Higher click-through lowers what Meta charges per click. Cheaper clicks mean more visits from the same budget, and more visits mean more enquiries. Neither competitor is in the feed, so pointing these ads at a quote page is the cheapest gain in this report.
Five ads are running and the Meta pixel already fires. Sending them to the shower screen or framing page with a quote form, not to Instagram, turns views into enquiries you can count.
Nobody in this comparison is on Google Ads and your tag is installed. A small campaign on shower screen searches covers the term you do not rank for while the page climbs.
The Google listing at your address shows a phone that is not on your site, and the site gives two versions of the address. One version everywhere helps the map results trust you.
You already rank #2 and #3 with your splashback and framing pages. The same treatment on the shower screen page targets the search Lux Glass holds at #5.
A framing popup and chat window open over the page on load. Showing them later, or only on framing pages, lets a shower screen visitor see what they came for.
Fifteen minutes on the phone, no pitch. I will walk you through the shower screen page I would rework first and how I would point your five Meta ads at a quote page.
Book a time with DeanAt 18 I started a corporate events company doing photo booths, DJing and photography. I could not afford an agency, so I taught myself web development, Meta Ads, Google Ads and SEO off YouTube, got myself to number one on Google, and took it to roughly $300,000.
Everything in this report I can read because I have spent my own money on the exact channels it covers. What follows is not theory. It is what I would fix first.
