| Channel | AINCHORS | Nexacu | AI Avenue | What it means |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Google rankings 6 money searches | Page one on 0 of 6 | Page one on 3 of 6 | Page one on 2 of 6 | Nexacu and AI Avenue hold page one spots on the searches buyers use. You hold none yet. |
| Google Ads Transparency Centre, AU | 0 ads on record | 2 ads on record | 23 ads on record | AI Avenue is paying Google to sell Claude training for teams. Nexacu's two are Copilot course ads. |
| Meta Ads Ad Library, active now | No ads found | No ads found | None under its name | Nobody in this comparison is in the feed. The first firm in has it to itself. |
| Landing page Where the click lands | Contact form, no phone link | Three forms, phone links | Callback form, phone links | Your contact page has the form. Both competitors also put a phone number on the homepage. |
| Reputation Google rating (reviews) | No profile found | 4.4 (41 reviews) | 5.0 (231 reviews) | AI Avenue prints its 5.0 on its own homepage. A Maps search for AINCHORS in Sydney returned other firms, so a buyer has no rating to read. |
AINCHORS has what many AI trainers cannot show: a named trainer in Angie, testimonials that name her, course pages for agentic AI and prompt engineering, and a five-field contact form. None of those pages is on page one for the six searches here. Nexacu holds three page one spots and AI Avenue has 23 Google ads on record.

The top of AI training for business Australia goes to the National AI Centre, then AIM, RMIT and Melbourne Business School. Nexacu is the first private trainer, at fifth. On AI consulting Sydney, Google's question box asks what an AI consultant actually does: a question your consulting page could answer in plain words.
The chain, with every assumption written down. Deliberately conservative.
The six searches in this report, at an example volume a Sydney and national market this size supports. An example, not a measured figure.
The clicks you do not get today, once your pages sit around position three, rounded down.
Enquiries at 5% of those visits, rounded down.
Enquiries, not signed clients. What one corporate training engagement is worth is your number, not mine.
Halve the example volume and it is still two organisation enquiries a month going to the trainers above you today. The course pages to support them are already built.
Estimates, not promises. Each assumption is deliberately conservative so the number holds up.
Build one page each for corporate AI training in Sydney, AI consulting in Sydney and AI training for teams, link the agentic AI and prompt engineering courses into them, add local schema, and set up a Google Business Profile so the map pack has something to show.
| Advertiser | Ads on record | Last ran | Headline seen | Lands on | Offer on the page |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Nexacu | 2 | Not dated | "Build, Train & Launch Agents", a Copilot course ad | nexacu.com.au | 4 course places for the price of 3, to 31 October |
| AI Avenue | 23 | Not dated | "Claude AI Training Teams - Claude for Business" | aiavenue.com.au | A discovery call or a callback request |
| AINCHORS | 0 | Nothing on record | Nothing running | ainchors.com/contact-us | A five-field enquiry form |
AI Avenue has 23 ads on record pointing to aiavenue.com.au, selling half-day Claude training for teams and AI speakers for events. Nexacu's two are image ads for Copilot courses. The six searches here showed one paid result between them, so the paid slots are open. A capped search campaign on these terms, landing on your contact page, is the fastest way to be seen.
Your contact page has a five-field enquiry form, loading and visible. I did not submit it. The homepage has no form and no tap-to-call link, so a paid click should land on the contact page. No tracking tag fired on the homepage load: the cookie banner says the Meta pixel and Clarity load only once a visitor accepts.
Theirs: nothing to read in the feed. On Google, AI Avenue leads with the tool, "Claude AI Training Teams". Missing: a headline written to the manager who has to make a team productive, not to the software.
Theirs: no copy in the library. Missing: named proof. Your site already has testimonials naming Angie and a three-week program for a banking client, which is the kind of specific a buyer looks for.
Theirs: no creative to compare. Missing: a real trainer in a real room and one clear next step. A manager should know in the first frame who teaches the session and how to book it.
Why this matters: a stronger headline and hook lifts click-through. Higher click-through lowers what Meta charges per click. Cheaper clicks mean more visits from the same budget, and more visits mean more enquiries. In this comparison the feed is empty, so the cost of learning what works is as low as it will get.
AI Avenue has 23 Google ads on record, and the six searches here showed one paid result between them. A small campaign on these terms, landing on your contact form, brings enquiries while the pages climb.
A Maps search for AINCHORS in Sydney returned other firms. Nexacu shows 4.4 from 41 reviews, AI Avenue 5.0 from 231. Reviews from the teams Angie has trained are the cheapest credibility here.
Nexacu holds three page one spots with pages named for the search. One page each for corporate AI training in Sydney and AI consulting in Sydney gives Google something to rank.
The homepage has no tap-to-call link and no tag fired on load. A phone link, GA4 and the Google Ads conversion tag mean every enquiry can be traced to the click that sent it.
None of the three firms runs Meta ads. A small test aimed at managers in Sydney organisations is the cheapest audience in this report to learn from.
Fifteen minutes on the phone, no pitch. I will walk you through the two pages worth building first and what a capped search campaign to your contact page would cost.
Book a time with DeanAt 18 I started a corporate events company doing photo booths, DJing and photography. I could not afford an agency, so I taught myself web development, Meta Ads, Google Ads and SEO off YouTube, got myself to number one on Google, and took it to roughly $300,000.
Everything in this report I can read because I have spent my own money on the exact channels it covers. What follows is not theory. It is what I would fix first.
